Annual
Wine Tasting and Auction to
Benefit Opera Theatre of Saint Louis

14 - On January 28, from 6:00
to 8:00 p.m., wine enthusiasts of all levels will enjoy
tasting over 30 fine wines offered by some of St. Louis’
finest establishments. An exciting evening for wine
connoisseurs and newcomers alike, Opera Theatre’s
Annual Wine Tasting and Auction promises to highlight
your January calendar. Don’t miss this opportunity
to sample superb wines, network, meet friends, and enjoy
an evening of guitar highlights from Dave Black at the
Ritz-Carlton St. Louis.
Hosts of the evening’s featured festivities include
tasting tables from Chez Leon, Parker’s Table
& Wine Shop, Pinnacle International, Remy’s
Kitchen & Wine Bar, St. James Winery, the St. Louis
Originals, Whole Foods Market, and Wild Flower, with
special grab bag wines from Major Brands. In addition
to exceptional wines such as a 1982 Baron de Pichon
Longueville Bordeaux Pauillac, the silent auction’s
offerings include overnights at the Ritz-Carlton and
the Chase Park Plaza, gourmet dinners, country club
golf packages, theatre tickets, and more.
All proceeds from the Wine Tasting benefit the professional
development and training programs for young artists
at Opera Theatre of Saint Louis. Tickets are $75 per
person, or $100 per person for Sommeliers (who receive
program recognition). Please call in advance to make
